How much does rent a car software cost in Dubai?
DECK is AED 790 a month, billed annually (AED 9,480 a year). The same price whatever the size of your fleet, with TARS included.
What is the Launch Special?
AED 790 a month instead of AED 1,130, billed annually (AED 9,480 a year instead of AED 13,560 a year). It is for the first 50 rent a car companies, and they keep it when they renew.
Do you charge per car?
No. Twelve cars or sixty cars, the price is the same.
Is TARS included?
Yes. Sending every signed rental to TARS in one click is part of the price, with nothing extra per rental.
Does DECK take a cut of card payments?
No. Card payments run through your own Stripe account and the money lands there; DECK adds nothing on top. Stripe charges its own fee per payment, as set in your Stripe account, and DECK writes that fee into your accounts as an expense.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There is no setup fee and no joining fee, and our team moves your cars, customers and open rentals into DECK at no cost.
Can I see it before I talk to anyone?
Yes. The demo is open at demo.deck.ae, no form, no email.
What happens after the first year?
It renews at the same price, the Launch Special included. There is no introductory rate that runs out. If the price ever changes, you will hear the number from us before it applies, not on the invoice.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. A new account gets 7 days of the full product, with no card and no limit on what you can try. At the end of the trial the panel locks; nothing is deleted.
Does it work with QuickBooks, Zoho Books or Xero?
Yes, at no extra cost. For any month or quarter, DECK builds an accountant pack: CSV files that QuickBooks, Zoho Books and Xero import as they are, a workbook, a summary, and every invoice and receipt as a PDF. One click sends your accountant a link to it.
Is DECK ready for e-invoicing?
DECK issues normal VAT invoices with your TRN today. The Peppol side of the FTA e-invoicing rule is not live in DECK yet; we are preparing for it.
