Every invoice, every expense, every month.

Invoices from your rentals and the expenses you pay land in one place, with the VAT worked out. At the end of the month, one Excel file goes to your accountant.

  • Tax invoices
  • Expenses
  • Excel for your accountant

Invoices from finished rentals.

Open a finished rental and create the invoice. It carries your TRN and the VAT, and it lands in Accounting by itself.

  • A tax invoice, properly. Your TRN, your trade address, the renter, the car and VAT at 5%.
  • The deposit on its own line. The refundable deposit you hold shows apart from what the rental cost.
  • Numbered for you. Every invoice gets its own unique number, without you keeping count.

An expense in a few taps.

Fuel, a service, the office rent. Pick what it was, enter what you paid, and the VAT inside it is worked out.

  • Twelve kinds of expense. Fuel, maintenance, insurance, Salik and Darb, fines paid, registration, parking, salaries, rent, marketing, software and other.
  • On the car it was for. Put a fuel bill or a service on the car, or on no car at all.
  • VAT, or none. When there was no VAT, the whole amount is the cost and nothing goes on the VAT return.

VAT worked out. One file to send.

Every month shows the VAT you collected, the VAT you paid and what is due. Export the month and your accountant has all of it.

  • VAT due, every month. What you collected on invoices, minus what you paid on expenses.
  • One Excel file. The month's invoices and expenses on one sheet, expenses with a minus sign, a total at the end.
  • The whole month in one list. Invoices and expenses together, newest first, the way your accountant reads them.

Questions owners ask.

Is accounting included in the price?
Yes. Accounting is part of DECK like everything else, at one price.
Where do the invoices come from?
From your rentals. Open a finished rental and create the invoice; it lands in Accounting with its VAT.
Do we need a TRN?
Yes, to create invoices. Add your TRN in Settings and every tax invoice carries it, with your trade address and VAT at 5%.
Which expenses can we record?
Fuel, maintenance, insurance, Salik and Darb, fines paid, registration, parking, salaries, rent, marketing, software and anything else. A fuel bill or a service can sit on the car it was for.
Does DECK file our VAT return?
No. DECK shows the VAT you collected and the VAT you paid each month, and the Excel file gives your accountant what the return needs.
Can our accountant work with it?
Yes. Export the month as one Excel file: every invoice and every expense, expenses with a minus sign, and a total at the end.
