Card on file. Fines paid.
The renter saves a card when they sign. When a fine, a Salik or a Darb comes in, you charge it to that card in a few taps, and the money goes to your own Stripe account.
- Saved at signing
- Fines, Salik and Darb
- A receipt for every charge
Saved when they sign.
The sign link gets a Card step before the signature. The renter reads what the card is for, ticks one box and saves it on a secure Stripe page. Nothing is charged when they sign.
- Fines and tolls only. The renter agrees to traffic fines, Salik and Darb from this rental. Not damage, not the deposit, not the rent.
- Required, or not. Switch on Card required at signing and the contract waits for a card. Additional drivers are never asked.
- Apple Pay and Google Pay. They are saved as a card, like any other.
- No card numbers in DECK. Stripe keeps the card. DECK keeps the brand, the last four digits and the expiry date.
Charge it in a few taps.
Open the rental, press Charge card and the fines and tolls on it are listed, ticked. Untick what you do not want to charge, check the total and charge the card. The renter gets an itemised receipt by email.
- Your fee, VAT on the fee. The service fee you set is added, with 5% VAT on that fee only. Waive it with one tick.
- Several items, one charge. Group the fines and tolls of a rental so Stripe's fee is paid once.
- A list every morning. One email names the returned rentals with fines or tolls you can charge to the card on file.
- A receipt every time. Each charge sends the renter a receipt with every item, its plate, place and time.
Declined? Send a payment link.
When a bank says no, create a payment link for the same items. Email it from DECK or copy it into WhatsApp. The renter opens it on their phone and pays on a secure Stripe page.
- Open for seven days. The link shows each item and the total. One link per rental, replaced when you make a new one.
- Paid, with a receipt. The renter gets a receipt, and the rental shows the link as Paid.
- Still unpaid? When a renter owes fines or tolls and no card works, DECK suggests the blacklist. Nothing is saved until you confirm.
Your own Stripe. Your money.
Connect your company's Stripe account once in Settings. Every charge goes straight to it, and DECK takes no cut. Stripe's fee on each charge lands in Accounting as an expense, by itself.
- Connected once. Paste a key from your Stripe account into Settings, Payments. We do it with you on your first day.
- Paid to you. The money goes to your Stripe balance and from there to your bank, on Stripe's schedule.
- The fee, booked. Each Stripe fee is an expense under Payment fees, with the charge and the agreement it belongs to.
Refunds and disputes, ready.
Give back part of a charge, item by item, to the same card. When a renter disputes a charge with their bank, it shows on the rental with the deadline and the evidence already prepared.
- Refund item by item. The money goes back to the card the charge used, and the renter gets a receipt.
- Evidence, prepared. The signed agreement, the card consent the renter accepted, the items and the receipt.
- You send it. Add a note for the bank and submit. The bank makes the decision.
