Can I add a car by scanning the Mulkiya?
Yes. Scan the registration card with your phone, or upload a photo of it, and the car's details fill in. You can also type them in.
How many cars can I add?
As many as you have. The price does not change with the size of the fleet.
Do I need photos of my cars?
No. DECK has 497 car models with photos ready, in the colour of your car. Pick the model and the photo comes with it.
Where do the Mulkiya and insurance dates live?
On the car itself, with its plate, day rate and deposit, so they are with the car wherever you look it up.
Can a car be taken out of service?
Yes. Switch it to out of service while it is at the garage, and it is hidden from new rentals until you switch it back.
Does the planner show reservations?
Yes. Rentals, reservations and cars out of service, for every car, from 7 days up to 3 months.
Can we borrow a car from another rental company through DECK?
Not inside DECK yet. Today, when you take a car from another company, scan its Mulkiya and it is in your fleet in a minute. Cars you borrow through TARS come in with your TARS cars, marked Borrowed.
What do our drivers see?
Their Hand-overs page: the cars they hand over, the contracts waiting for a signature and the cars to take back. A driver sees the hand-overs assigned to them, can take back any car that is out, and never sees prices, money or settings.
