Know a bad renter before the keys go out.

Every new rental is checked against reviews and blacklist flags from rental companies on DECK. You only hear about it when there is something to hear.

One network. Every desk warned.

A renter who left one company with unpaid fines shows up red at the next one.

  • Real companies only. Every company is checked against the Federal Tax Authority register, one account per business.
  • Anonymous both ways. A review travels without the renter's name and without the company that left it.
  • The renter can object. Every contract tells them how: they write to info@deck.ae.

Search before you hand over.

Type a passport, Emirates ID or driving licence number and the network answers in one colour.

  • Red, on the blacklist. At least one company flagged this person.
  • Amber, reviews but no flag. Other companies rated this person, but nobody flagged them.
  • Green, clear. No company on DECK has a record for this number.

What travels, and what never does.

The review you leave stays at your desk. Only the verdict goes out to the network.

Rate them when the car comes back.

When you close a rental, you can leave a quick review. That is how the network fills up, one returned car at a time.

  • Stars and reasons. Tap a star and pick what happened: unpaid fines, damage, a dirty car, a late return.
  • The flag, when it was bad. Add the blacklist flag and the amount still owed. Other companies see both.
  • Yours to change. Every review sits in My entries, ready to change or withdraw.

Questions owners ask.

Can other companies see my customers' names?
No. Other rental companies never see a renter's name, documents or contact details in a DECK record. They see the stars, the reasons, the amount, the date and which document matched.
What happens when a renter is blacklisted?
A warning appears while you write the rental, with the stars, the reasons and any amount owed. You decide: go back and choose another customer, or continue.
Can anyone see which company left a rating?
No. A rating shows without the name of the company that left it.
Who is on the network?
Rent a car companies on DECK whose TRN is checked against the Federal Tax Authority register, one account per business. A company's reviews are shared once its TRN is verified.
Can we check a renter before writing a rental?
Yes. Search a passport, Emirates ID, driving licence or phone number on the Blacklist page. A DECK record answers with a colour, the stars and the reasons, never a name.
Can we change or withdraw a review?
Yes. Every review your company leaves sits in My entries, ready to change or withdraw.
Can a renter object to a record?
Yes. Every contract tells the renter how: they write to info@deck.ae.
